Pacom uses a FTP (File Transfer Protocol) server to receive files from clients.  It requires that you are set up with a userid and password.  Your project manager can assist you with getting the userid.

The Quick Details:

Host: gopacom.com
Username: (Provided to you by your project manager)
Password: (Provided to you by your project manager)

Don’t have a FTP client?

Consider using the cross platform (Mac or Windows) free FTP client program, Filezilla.

Visit https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client to download the client.

Upon opening up the program (after installing it) you will be presented with the following window:

filezilla

In the window above, please enter the following information in the fields located on top.

Host: gopacom.com
Username: (Provided to you by your project manager)
Password: (Provided to you by your project manager)

Press the Quickconnect button

You will be presented with a window asking if you want Filezilla to remember your password. If this is a private computer, you may do so.

You should be able to access the directory and upload files now.  Your computer hard drive shows on the left side, the Pacom FTP server shows on the right side.  Click and drag files to copy back and forth.
